SCOPE
  • You have a business problem, but no clear path to solution.

Your business is growing, and manual processes no longer work. You feel it's time to systematize your processes, but you don't know where to start or how much it will cost.
We will identify the problem, explore your options, and help you choose the right direction before you commit your budget.
    01
  • You need an executor, but don't know how to find or evaluate one.

You have a goal but no technical team. You know what outcome you want, but not who to trust with it, or how to keep them accountable.
We'll define the right requirements and find a contractor who meets every one of them.

    02
  • Your contractor dropped the project or isn't delivering.

You're working with someone, but not confident in the result. Deadlines slip. Budgets grow. And there's no way to tell whether the project is on track.
We'll assess where things stand, determine next steps, and take over management.
    03
  • The solution was built, but doesn't solve the problem

Something was delivered. But the original business goal wasn't met, and you're not sure what to do with what you have.
We'll audit the product against its original purpose and identify what can realistically be done from here.
    04
  • Everyone is doing AI. You're not sure if you should.

You hear about AI, automation, digitalisation and don't want to be left behind. But you want to understand what it actually means for your business.
We'll identify where technology will genuinely strengthen your operations and where it's just an unnecessary expense.

PROCESS
  • Understanding the problem

We start with your business goal, context, and constraints. Not with technology — with your task.
  • Finding the solution

We research options, estimate cost and timeline, calculate ROI. You make decisions based on numbers.
  • Building the team

We define contractor requirements, run selection, and finalise terms and contracts.
  • Managing delivery

We set tasks for the contractor, control timelines, budget, and quality. The project moves through clear stages with transparent reporting.
  • Handover and launch

We test, train your team, and transfer documentation. The project is complete when it's working for you.
PERSPECTIVE

Technology is a tool. Results are shaped by people and strategy.

For 15 years I've worked at the intersection of real business and technology in positions where the cost of a mistake is measured not in iterations, but in money and reputation.
That experience taught me one thing: a technology project doesn't fail because of bad code. It fails because no one holds the full picture.
Rostoria was created to change that. I take complete ownership of the technology side, from strategy and team selection to the final result. The business owner gets a partner who thinks in the logic of business and is accountable for outcomes, not just deliverables.
I work with those who aren't looking for a contractor but for someone they can trust a project to and stop thinking about it. The first step is always a conversation — for both of us.

PRINCIPLES
  • Transparency

You know what, when, and how at every stage. We run no more than three projects at a time. Every client is treated as if they're our only one.
  • Objectivity

We don't write code and we don't sell technology. We manage those who do. We have no partner agreements or referral bonuses. Our income comes from your results — so we recommend what solves your problem, not what's convenient for us.
  • Business focus

You don't need to understand the technology — that's our job. We speak your language, explain clearly, and don't make you feel out of your depth. You always know what's happening.
  • Full ownership

You work with one person who leads the project from the first conversation to final handover. You always know who to call. And who is responsible for the outcome.
  • Measurable results

Every project begins with one question: what will change in your business when this is done? We define success criteria before we start — and work towards them.
  • Confidentiality

We don't turn your project into a case study. We don't use your vulnerabilities as proof of our expertise. What you share with us stays between us. Always.
